*) Babies and toddlers under 4 years old can travel free of charge, if kept on a parent's lap at all times. If they, or their extra luggage, require a seat, it will be charged regular rate.

How this works
The following rules and conditions apply when making a reservation for a shuttle transfer to or from Trat Airport and your Ko Chang hotel, resort or guesthouse.
- * = The Sea View Resort & Siam Bay Resort are considered to be Lonely Beach rate, not Kai Bae rate.
- Bookings should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- When you book you will see an immediate confirmation with payment request.
- Payments can be made via Paypal, Credit Card online or by Bank. We recommend using one of the first 2 options as international bank charges tend to be quite high.
- After we receive the payment the booking is confirmed. However, if the booking information was incomplete, the booking was for less than 24 hours later or the entered details (like for instance, but not limited to, the rate zone) where incorrect we reserve the right to cancel your booking and refund the payment within 24 hours. There may also be other incidental cases in which we might not be able to accept or will be forced to cancel a booking, but those are usually related to force majeure situations.
- For transfers from Koh Chang to Trat airport please include your room number and mobile number. We will inform a more precise pick up time in our reply. Typically this will be approximately 3 hours before flight.
- Shared Airport shuttle transfers are only available to and from the west coast of Koh Chang. For transfers the local airport to the East coast of Ko Chang, please use our private transfers from Trat Airport booking form.
